Check Your COPE Deduction

Members who are still paying COPE dues to TWU need to contact Chandra Baldeo at cbaldeo@twulocal100.org to let her know to have your COPE dues deduction stopped. Please CC Byron Bolling at bbolling@local1056.org so he can follow up on your request.

Check your paystub to make sure you are not paying COPE dues to both TWU Local 100 and ATU Local 1056 in error.

Essential Worker Bonus Update
Members who were in active service with the MTA as of July 19, 2023, will receive their $3,000 Essential Worker Bonus in the payroll dated Aug. 28, 2025. Members who were in active service with the MTA as of Oct. 31, 2024, will receive their $1,000 Supplemental Essential Worker Bonus in the payroll dated Aug. 28, 2025. Members who were in active service with the MTA as of July 19, 2023, AND were still in active service with the MTA as of Oct. 31, 2024, will receive both the Essential Worker Bonus and the Supplemental Essential Worker Bonus in the payroll dated Aug. 28, 2025.
General Wage Increase Update
General Wage Increase rates will be reflected in the Sept. 11, 2025, paycheck. If you do not see your increase, please contact the MTA Business Service Center (BSC) at 646.376.0123
